Cleaning
Cancellation
Free cancellation until 21 days before stay, after that 50% of booking up to 72 hours before stay. No refund on booking if cancelled within 72 hours of stay.
For Cheltenham Festival bookings:
Free cancellation until 180 days before stay, after that 50% of booking up to 90 days before stay. No refund on booking if cancelled within 90 days of stay.
For Christmas bookings:
Free cancellation until 120 days before stay, after that 50% of booking up to 60 days before stay. No refund on booking if cancelled within 60 days of stay.
House rules
- Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
- Check out: 11:00
- Self check-in with lockbox
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- Pets are not allowed
Additional rules
- Please leave shoes by the front door
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 9am
- The minimum age for check-in is 18
- Breakages must be paid for, unless otherwise agreed
Cleaning
- Cleaning charge of £55/stay, or £60/stay for more than 2 people
- Additional cleaning charges may apply if the cottage is left in poor condition (evidence will be supplied)
